    Here are some key details about the property.

    The property is a large three-story home situated in the unique Old North Columbus neighborhood. Perfect for family gatherings or visiting your favorite college student. Here are some details on this amazing home:

     

    BEDROOM 1: Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, alarm clock, suitcase rack, mounted smart TV, and closet.

     

    BEDROOM 2: Bedroom has a queen size bed, alarm clock, suitcase rack, and closet.

     

    BEDROOM 3: Bedroom is little smaller, has a full-size bed, alarm clock, suitcase rack, and closet.

     

    BEDROOM 4: Bedroom takes up the entire 3rd floor, has a queen size bed, alarm clock, suitcase rack, sofa chair, and closet.

     

    KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, appliances and most all of the basics that you would need to cook a meal. There are sometimes basics of food and condiments available in the kitchen from other guests. You are welcome to use or consume anything you find in the kitchen.​

    Be on the lookout for check-in instructions which will include your unique access code and details on how to access the property. These instructions will be sent to you once the retreat has been prepared for your stay on the day of your arrival.

     

    You are welcome to check-in anytime after 4 PM; unless an earlier time was mutually agreed too in advance. If you want an earlier check-in time please reach out to us the day of your arrival and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

  • Directions & Parking

    Below are directions and parking instructions for your stay with us.

    Directions

    From I/71 take the Hudson Ave. Exit and head west on Hudson Ave. Make a left on Summit Ave (Rt.23)., take a right onto E Thompkins St, then a left onto Indianola St. and our house is on the right before E Blake Ave.

  • Parking

    There are 4 off-street parking spots located off the alleyway behind the house. To get to the parking spots in the back of the house take Indianola Ave to E Blake Ave. Turn right onto E Blake Ave and then another right onto the first alleyway. Take the alleyway down until you find the back of the house on your right.

    Here is what we love about Columbus

    This property is located in Old North Columbus, conveniently located near the Ohio State campus, Ohio Stadium, known as “The Shoe,” and Ohio Expo Center. Old North Columbus is popular for its local music and it's unique "untouched architecture" which is reminiscent of its old roots. Old North Columbus is a great walkable neighborhood with dining options range from student-centric to upscale.

  • House Rules

    Please take some time to review our house rules before your visit.

    NO PARTIES/EVENTS

    No outside visitors after 10 pm, or overnight guests without previous approval from me. This house is available for certain events, as long as the details of the event are disclosed to me, and approved by me ahead of time.

    NO SMOKING OR VAPING

    Please do not smoke or vape inside the house – please do not discard your cigarettes butts in the house trash cans. They get stinky.

    DO NOT ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

    Please do not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the property.

    DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUT

    Left out food will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

    QUIET HOURS

    • Sunday - Thursday: 9pm - 8am, 
    • Friday - Saturday: 10pm -8am

    PROPERTY DAMAGE

    If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
