    FINDING A PROPERTY

    Assistance will be available throughout the purchasing process via our team of professional realtors. We use real world analytic data to locate the highest performing investment properties.

    INTERIOR DESIGN

    Our interior design team will help establish a unique atmosphere for your property, attracting guests and increasing the earning potential. We will recommend and stage furniture, art, and all the little touches that turn one's property into a home.

    MARKETING

    First impressions mean very much in the world of providing travel comfort. We will represent your living space in its most appealing light to attract prospective guests by taking professional photographs and properly describing your listing. Photos are the most important part of your short-term rental listing, because that is what consumers rely on to make their purchase - we ensure guests are able to see all of the great features of your home so they chose it over others. Additionally, we make sure guests have all the information about the house and surrounding area in the description.

    LISTING

    Housepitality will also list your property, using our proprietary methods to dynamically price the open nights of the listing to maximize your revenue. We also utilize software that does things in the background of your Airbnb listing to keep it towards the top of the search results for potential guests. Finally, you will have access to our base of repeat customers. We have had over $10,000 in revenue this year alone from repeat clients and can offer them availability at one of the houses we manage when they reach out.

    Managing the Residence

    GUEST COMMUNICATION

    Housepitality responds to all inquiries, requests, and messages from guests before, during, and after their stay so you don't have to. We make sure to always respond promptly, but also to provide any needed information or service, not just a form message.

    LIABILITY

    Housepitality is prepared in the event of an injury or damage. Guest injuries, property damage, or other unfortunate events will usually be covered by the insurance policy taken out on behalf of Housepitality-managed properties rented out to guests.

    CLEANINGS & SUPPLIES

    We also schedule cleanings with professionals after every guest visit and will restock any needed items without bothering you about the cost by providing up to $50/month in free consumables. If something is damaged or broken, we will notify you immediately and provide maintenance services as required.

    MAINTENANCE

    Maintenance and up-keep will be facilitated through your choice of contractor or Housepitality professional, ensuring that your home is ready for use before your next guests arrive. We also conduct regular quality-control checks so that issues are fixed before they are even noticed by guests.

    CONFLICT RESOLUTION​

    Housepitality is dedicated to work out whatever guest issues may arise. Owners will be apprised of the situation as we take action to resolve problems for both parties.

    PREMIUM CONCIERGE 

    We aim to take the stress out of traveling by offering guests support to make their trips as smooth as possible. To this end we provide guests information tablets upon their arrival with customized information about each house and its neighborhood.
